About
This is the best-looking of the double turns on floor. The rest are bad. End of statement.
As of 2008, attitude turns did not exist in the code of points, and the Russians decided to do something about it. They arrived at the Beijing Olympics with Semenova boasting the double turn and Pavlova boasting the held-leg single turn (Afanasyeva had also performed the double turn earlier that year at the European championship). Thus, the attitude turn revolution began. No it didn’t. There’s never been an attitude turn revolution. No one does them, and it’s a real shame.
