About
The dismount. The one. The only (basically). The full-twisting double tuck in all its various incarnations is the most popular dismount in higher-level uneven bars routines, and it’s not a close contest. Everyone has this old thing. It has a D value, and is typically considered the easiest to stick of the D dismounts.

The code of points does not distinguish between the various and sundry incarnations of the double back with a full twist: the full-in, the full-out, the half-in half-out, or the ever popular sort-of-in-betweeny. They’re all considered the same skill, but this was not always the case. Morio Maiko got the full-in version named after herself in the 1980s, while Oksana Chusovitina got the full-out version named after herself in the early 90s, back when that was a thing you could do and was considered different.
