  1. I hear you on home scoring as well, but I hope the season keeps shaping up this way. Love seeing the depth on some of these teams and watching others rebuild. Watching former elites compete again and seeing them face different pressure (but you can tell they feel it.) I’d like to see LSU challenge Oklahoma for the title. I guess I’m one of the lucky few who got to see the OK meet televised. Love your blogging and love that NCAA has finally started! The gym nerd in me is just saying eeeeeeeeee!! Can’t wait for tomorrow.

  2. Yeah, what was that you were saying about OU pulling themselves above the crowd with their unbeatable bars scores? All 9.9+ in week one. You called that one, Spencer!

  3. Spencer, did you notice (I’m sure you did) the SEC version of the NBC score explanation box? Since when is “Expectable” a term??? Surely they meant “Acceptable”?!? 🤣

    1. I think they should have gone with Excellent, Good, and Acceptable. There’s really no need for the bottom tier because if a score doesn’t reach acceptable (or they could use respectable) it’s bad.

    1. She didn’t compete.

Be honest, when you saw your roster were you excited for a split second thinking you got Maggie Nichols? “Mary Nicholson” sounds like Maggie’s long lost evil twin.
