Today, we have a couple not-widely-accessible quad meets with significant implications, so I’ll try to be on top of those meet as much as possible. But, the SEC duals are going to be worth attention as well, particularly this big Florida/Alabama thingamajig.

We had an upset in early action, as DII Lindenwood broke 195 for a second straight week in upsetting #23 Iowa State in the first session at GymQuarters.

First up, Kentucky and Georgia getting started now…

Rotation 1

Magee – VT – UGA – one of her better fulls, small hop back, still a pike of pike but not that much, better control. 9.800

Stuart – UB – UK – shortish first hs – high tkatchev, a little mushy – bail, super crisp – missing a couple vertical positions – FTDLO, stuck. Excellent finish. 9.800

Ward – VT – UGA – back in the lineup – Tsuk 1/1, also one of her better vaults coming back into the lineup – also a tiny hop back and a pike in the air, better chest position. 9.825

Nixon – UB – UK – toe Shap, good amp – bail, solidly hit – toe circle up, a little blah – one hs – giant full to huge double tuck,  stuck. Late giant full. 9.875

Vega – VT – UGA – full, her usual good distance – hop back, a little bigger than the last couple weeks – soft knees in the air. 9.850

Kwan – UB – UK – huge jaeger, very clean – connected to overshoot with a little legs – giant full to double tuck, hop back. Better finish position on her giant full. 9.875

Dickson – VT – UGA – Omel – she has found the landing on that vault, another good one, a little hop forward. I’d also take for knees, but fine with 9.900 for that. 9.900

Dukes – UB – UK – small arch in first hs – tkatchev, low but clean – better second hs – pak, super high, just a little bit of legs – nice finish position on 1/2 turn on low – DLO, very high, a bit of piking shape, small step back 9.850.

Lukacs – VT – UGA – DTY – what is becoming her usual – small hop to the side as she comes in a little underrotated – some form. 9.900

Hyland – UB – UK – tight first hs – big high tkatchev – strong cast hs – legs sepratation on bail and moves out of vertical too quickly – has to muscle up a hs a bit on high – FTDT, stuck. 9.925

Snead – VT – UGA – 1.5 – lovely 1.5 as always, bounce forward, pretty large bounce this time. 9.900

Korth – UB – UK – solid piked jaeger – bail, leg break, a little short of vertical – one short cast hs – DLO full, excellent stick. Kentucky really got the sticks in this bars rotation. 9.950. Dear me.

I feel like handstand evaluation was pretty loose there on bars.

After 1: Kentucky 49.475, Georgia 49.375

Good opening rotations for both. The vault scores for Georgia were actually fairly reasonable. A couple a quarter tenth too high for me like Vega’s and Lukacs’s, but nothing too egregious. Kentucky nailed the dismounts on bars, but those scores are also going extremely high, especially toward the end, so we’ll have to see what happens to Georgia. If those last couple UK routines were 9.925 and 9.950, they’re setting Georgia up for 10s with sticks.

Teams walking out at Gymquarters now. Throwing beads. Do…you want the people in the crowd to take their tops off for you?

Rotation 2

Kwan – VT – UK – nice stick on her full – will get taken for distance, a little chest position, but nice open at the end and the stick. 9.875

Roberts – UB – UGA – toe to toe Shap, nice legs to bail, solid vertical position – DLO, quite a bit of piking in the air, hop forward. 9.825

Dukes – VT – UK – step back on her full, not a lot of amplitude and distance, but solid enough, good shape actually. 9.775

Schild – UB – UGA – Ray, good height and position – pak, a bit of legs apart – good vertical on 1/2 turn on low, some shape – vorderline final cast hs – DLO, small step back, hollow position, bordering on pike. 9.850

Davis – VT – UK – fab power on her full, a bounce back, medium size – some knees. 9.825

Snead – UB – UGA – excellent first hs – clear hip (late ish) to tkatchev- nice cast positions and bail super crisp, final hs is short – DLO was weird, had to pike her shape to find the stick – 9.925

Hyland – VT – UK – full – very clean position in the air, nice height, stuck, just comes in a little forward, but excellent. 9.925, that wasn’t a perfect score vault for me.

Al Hameed – UB – UGA – giant full, good position – super high tkatchev as always – legs together on bail, solid position – smooth final cast hs – giant full to double tuck, exceptional routine. 9.950

Stuart – VT – UK – one of her better 1.5s, is getting closer to the stick, but she did step back after coming in a little back – not bad on the knees.

Dickson – UB – UGA _ strong Ray, good – large arch on cast hs but pulls it back – clean bail, good toes – misses one hs – DLO 1/1, a little crazy there with a bounce back (probably .1) bounce. A couple errors she doesn’t usually have on that one. 9.800

Korth – VT – UK – gorgeous 1.5 in the air, but also a bit short and had to take a large bounce back, so she won’t get the score there. 9.800

Oakley – UB – UGA – toe higgins to gigantic jaeger – pretty pak – 1/2 turn on low – good final cast hs (a couple verticals borderline short earlier ) – FTDT, kind of holds the stick with a little lean. 9.925 a bit too high for me there, on par with the looser bars evaluation for UK.

After 2: Georgia 98.850, Kentucky 98.725

Methinks both these teams are going to be happy with their scores today.

Gymquarters is underway.

Dean has a crazy bail on her opening bars routine for LSU, loses her legs totally for a major deduction. 9.550

Kari Lee a bit more of a bounce on her full on VT than we’re used to. Still clean.

Roberts – VT – Utah – horrible camera work, no idea what happened there, she’s happy like a stick?

Harrold – UB – LSU – zucchold, a bit loose in the back – nice cast hs up on high – close catch on jaeger but gets it – double front, pace back. OK, not her strongest.

MMG – VT – Utah – holds the stick on her 1.5, solid landing but quite a bit more knee form than usual

Edney goes through cleanly on bars with a stuck DLO. One of her good ones.

Skinner – VT – Utah – DTY – looks like a small landing adjustment on her DTY, pretty much her usual –

Durante – UB – LSU – back in the lineup – good first hs – 1/2 turn to jaeger, nice and high, a little feet – some loose back on cast – a couple vertical positions and a little akward on catching the pak maybe but Jay was in the way, hard to tell? Maybe maybe not? – FTDT small hop

Tessen hits her 1.5 for Utah, but comes in fairly short on it with a lunge back. 9.800

We have a fall on beam for Missouri.

Flam – FX – Stanford – double arabian, just does keep it in bounds –

Finnegan – UB – lSU – Ray, a hair close this time but nice overall – toe on to bail, a bit short – strong final cast hs – DLO, sticks it, pretty finish, some loose back moments early, which are more apparent in her routine from the side position. 9.925

Ferrer – UB – LSU – catches jaeger this time – a bit of legs in bail, solid vertical – some back on cast on high bar – DLO, bounce back – better, getting there

Ella Warren’s front twisting, you guys.

Hoang – FX – St – DLO, holds the controlled landing well, some piking down – switch to split leap 1.5, back leg on that switch – front lay to front full, a little low on the lay with some mushiy back – double pike, nailed it.

Georgia working against a beam 9.575 for Dickson. Magee with a check on her switch side – side aerial to full, a little off to the side and a hop back

Bryant – FX – St – full-in, super high, chest up, perhaps a small slide – too much power on her double pike in combination (like you have) with a bounce back, stays in bounds but minimum tenth on the landing – good position on popa, a bit crooked on switch side – open double tuck, same as her full in because Bryant

Oakly – Bb – UGA – bhs loso series, secure and smooth, pretty extension – aerial, arm wave – split jump to split ring, lovely positions – gainer full with a bounce back

After 1 at Gymquarters:
LSU – bloobadedoo
Utah – fleepflorp
Missouri – clangclackers
Stanford – meepedalee

Utah reports a 49.375 first rotation score. LSU 49.275, Stanford 49.250, Missouri 49.000

Baumann is off on her series for Georgia on beam. Missed her foot punching for her side aerial. Really smacked her leg on the beam coming down. Counting Dickson’s 9.575 now

Dukes – FX – UK – double pike, super solid, just some feet – front full to front lay, love the straight layout position – bounce back on double tuck

Vega – BB – UGA – switch to split ring jump, a bit of knees – aeiral to split jump, pretty split jump – loso series, super smooth – side aerial to full, little bounce.

Second rotation at GQ underway. Hit beam for Desiderio. She paused in her leap series and then kind of struggled on her switch 1/2 with a check, so interested to see what they do there.

Hit for Lee leading off bars for Utah.

Korth UK – small adjustment on her full-in, chest down – rudi to loso pass, pretty – double pike, bounce back and OOB

Dean – BB – LSU – hits side aerial to bhs series, knee deduction – a bit of back leg on some leaps – side aerial to full, stuck.

Hunter Dula just lovely on bars. One handstand and a fake stick on dismount. Great toes and overall positions

After 3: Kentucky 147.875, Georgia 147.850

Boy howdy now.

Tessen – UB – Utah – a bit of a close catch on jaeger – bail, gets to vertical in the end – long pause on high bar hitting hs – FTDT with a bounce back

Kelley on beam, that tuck jump 3/4 and jump connection is always going to be a serious potential deduction trap. Standing loso to wolf jump, borderline connection – sticks gainer full. LOL at the 9.500/9.750 judges split.

MARY LOU’S DAUGHTER won in the end for 9.750. I’m with 9.500.

MMG step back on FTDT bars dismount

Reinstadtler – UB – Utah – toe 1/2 to jaeger, lovely – one short hs – a bit of a leg break in bail catch – FTDT, strong stick. A couple things, but really pretty overall.

Edney – BB – LSU – aerial to sissone, good – bhs loso, arm wave, not much of a check – full turn – usual excellent kickover front. Stuck dismount.

Skinner sticks FTDT on bars.

Campbell – BB – LSU – loso series, no trouble – good sissone – switch to switch 1/2, very nice positions – 2/1, pretty large bounce back

Final rotation underway now for UGA and Kentucky. Stuart 9.875 beam, Davis 9.775 floor after a really low double tuck and some loose body position in series.

Finnegan – BB – LSU _ wolf turn single, nice – bhs loso series, a bit of a lean – siwtch to switch 1/2, perfection – side somi, a fairly large arm wave – stuck dismount

Oklahoma quad meet underway.

Webb – VT – OU – 1.5 – her best of the season, just a small hop in place. A little bit of knees. Following Lehrmann’s 9.875

Baumann – FX – UGA – really solid double pike, double tuck, just a bit of a slide – switch ring to switch side – 1.5 to a crazy layout, just does get it to her feet but super low and loses all form. 9.800 is frankly just cheating for that routine.

Poland – BB – UK – bhs bhs and balks out of her series and comes off the beam

Solid hit from Wilson (ASU) on beam at the OU quad. Following Kuhm’s 9.775.

Degouveia – VT – OU – 1.5, just came in a little short this week with a small hop back, good knees

Snead – FX – UGA – bounce back on double pike and OOB – rudi to straddle jump, nice – whip through to double tuck, stuck just some chest down. 9.675

Trautman with a gigantic 1.5 for Oklahoma and stuck. Just knees, but I’d expect that to go 9.950. 9.975 is too high because you had a .05 you had to take.

CLB – BB – ASU – straddle jump to loso, check, some knees

Korth hitting beam for UK, quite a bit of pausing toward the end though – 2/1, small slide back

Utah has a lead of .125 on LSU after two events.

Nichols – VT – OU – she’s back in this lineup – nearly sticks, just a little bit of a step and moves quickly into her college salute

LUkacs – FX – UGA – good DLO, chest up, slide back – whip to 1.5 to layout, good control – double pike, controlled step, some knees

Dukes – BB – UK – full turn, nice control out of it – bhs loso series, secure – aerial to split, good split position –

Dowell -= VT – OU – small step back on her 1.5, a bit of knees, mostly her usual solid routine

Dickson – FX – Georgia – really strong double arabian, some of her best control on landing – 1.5 to layout, lcean, controlled step forward – switch side to popa, nicely done – double pike, small bounce, good

Much better DLO from Desidero – front tuck through to double tuck, controlled, some chest down –

Hyland – BB – UK – cat leap to aerial, excellent – bhs loso, controlled well – cat leap to side aerial to full, small slide back

Soloski a check after her switch leap for Utah on beam.

Kentucky finishes 197.225.

Vega – FX – UGA – double pike, solid, front foot comes up just a little – 1.5 to layout, a bit uncontrolled in the dance out – switch ring to split leap full, excellent – split leap 1.5 – double tuck final pass, perfect.

They give Vega 9.975 to win the meet which is comedy.

MMG – BB – Utah – small adjustment on her series – aerial, arm wave – stuck 1.5 dismount.

FINAL: Georgia 197.300, Kentucky 197.225

How Georgia went 197.300 with that performance level on beam and floor I will never understand.

Edney – FX – LSU – hits her about arabian, a bit short this time with a step back – 1.5 to layout, solid – switch ring to split leap full, short of position on that second leap – double tuck, small foot move, ment.

Finnegan – FX – LSU – 1.5 through to 2.5, a bit out of control on the step out of the 2.5 this time, crossover – double tuck, nailed, excellent – switch ring to switch 1/2 – double pike, holds the landing super well despite kind of coming in short.

Randall with a major break on beam for Utah, nearly hands down.

Kelley – FX – LSU – DLO, controlled landing, pike down in the air – front layout to front full, a bit too much on the dance out, back foot drags – double tuck, good, chest up, controlled

Skinner with a super solid beam hit until double back, came up a bit short with a step forward

And we still have Florida and Alabama to start now!

Webb opens for OU with a hit on bars, step back on double front 1/2 out.

Armbrecht – VT – Bama – pretty full second up in the order – , good stick, perhaps a bit of knees. 9.875

Hundley – UB – UF – toe Shap to pak, small leg break – good hs – toe on to toe shap 1/2 – short final cast hs – FTDT, finds the stick with a little stagger

Marks is a little floppy in her bail, a couple small moments of legs apart in here, near stick on FTDT dismount with a stagger

Desch is vaulting for Alabama, hits her full with a hop back

Schoenherr – UF UB – super high jaeger, love it – toe on, a bit of back – nice legs together on bail – has a balance check STEPPING UP TO HIGH _ double front 1/2 out, super high, just a step

Guerra – VT – Bama – Y1.5, well look at you! Nailed that landing, just some knees and a little hop.

Harrold large lunge forward out of her 1.5 for LSU on vault.

Trinity UB – UF – lovely toe shap but goes over on the clear hip and has to improvise, extra swing, big trouble – pak, with crazy legs – toe shap 1/2 is lovely – DLO, stuck. Her first real mistake on bars this year.

Shallon a little short on her DTY landing with a hop forward. Legs to take.

Skaggs – UB – Tkatchev to pak, just a bit of legs in pak, otherwise strong – finsihes DLO, some legs apart, step back

Word is Sarah Finnegan went perfect 9.950 in the first position on vault for LSU and I”m on board watching the video back. That is a perfect Yfull.

Graber sits her 1.5 for Alabama.

Dowell finishes UB with hop forward on her DLO.

49.175 for Alabama on vault.

Utah was three tenths down on LSU going to the final rotation, but LSU wasn’t perfect on vault. Except for Finnegan.

Randall – FX – Utah – good control on full in but some crazy form in the air – double pike finishes up, a little slide

Florida and Alabama both at 49.175 after 1 event. Neither at their best.

Lehrmann – UB – OU – pretty jaeger as always – solid position on bail hs, maybe a bit short on final hs but on the better side of borderline – small hop back on FTDT.

Soloski good DLO, a little bouncy on her 2/1 -final 1.5 to layout pretty good, just a little deep at the end. Nice one.

Unofficially a 197.250 for LSU?

Nichols – UB – OU – big high Ray to pak – toe on to the shap 1/2, legs right togehter – final hs looked short to me – sticks DLO, brings legs together.

9.975. Guys. GUYS.

MMG – FX – Utah – piked full in, some of her best body position in the air, maybe a baby slide back – switch ring to split leap 1/1, a bit two-part in the switch ring, not too bad – 1.5 to layout to pike – finishes rudi to straddle, well controlled –

Cheney – VT – UF – big full, gigantic bounce back as well

Giancroce – UB – Bama – tkatchev, solid – good hs positions – pak, legs apart – good vertical position on low – shoot to high, hit – final cast hs a bit late – DLO, some piking throughout, comes in forward with a step/salute. She has improved a ton on beam.

Skinner – FX – Utah – Back in the lineup – double double, solid, a bit of a slide back – split leap 1.5, probably just enough around – 1.5 through to double 2/1, good – full-in, controlled, no problem.

Reed – VT – UF – hop forward on 1.5, super distance, some knees coming in at the end –

Givens – UB – Bama – small legs apart on 1/2 turn, good jaeger – another small leg break on bail – DLO, pretty in the air, small step –

Schoenherr – VT – UF – Owen was eclipsing us so we couldn’t see the landing – a little knees in the air just at the end, hop back

Guerra – UB – Bamam – solid jaeger, a couple short hs early – strong bail, crisp position – DLO excellent in the air, little hop

Boren – VT – UF – 1.5 super crazy out of control on landing with a lunge forward and then another tiptoe step. A little bit of legs on the block but the form looked a bit better in the air.

Mahoney – UB – huge arch on toe on and does very well to keep it going but looks a little off after that in all the hs – tkatchev potential clipping the bar, or at least pretty close – FTDT was excellent and stuck –

Thomas – VT – UF – another one of her larger hops forward out of the 1.5. No form to take. 9.900 is FAR too high. That was not just a .1 hop.

Dickson – UB – clean position on bail – solid hs on high bar – toe on to tkatchev, nice open position – did really well to work through a toe on in there because she almost missed a foot – FTDT with a step back

Baumann – VT – UF – does the 1.5 – hits it – a bounce forward and some legs apart in the air throughout – not their biggest 1.5 but progress to get it out there. 9.875 also quite high for that.

Gaskins – UB – pak to shap, a bit of legs on the pak – DLO is pretty, nearly sticks with a hop back.

Those vault scores went pretty high at the end. Florida 49.300 on vault to Alabama 49.175 on bars. Both teams hitting, neither team awesome.

LSU has posted a victory in the GQ quad with its 197.250

Trautman – BB – OU – bhs loso series, mostly solid, a little arm movement – cat leap to switch side, hit – kickover front, a hop forward – 1.5 with a bit of a hop in place. Composed hit first up.

LSU 197.250
Utah 197.075
Missouri 196.475
Stanford 195.850

Note that Missouri and Stanford will both LOVE those scores.

Nice height on FTDT from Washington on UB, small hop .

Dowell – BB – OU – aerial to back pike, keeps it moving pretty well – switch to switch series, not the highest split positions – kochetkova, basically perfect – stuck dismount. Excellent routine. 9.900

Roberson on UB falls on her piked jaeger.

Woodard – BB – OU – side aerial to loso, solid landing, some knees – kickover front, a bit wonky with a lean – switch to split, pretty – side aerial to full, stuck. Strong except for the kickover front. 9.850

Klopfer – BB – Bama – aerial to bhs series, just a bit of feet – switch, solid position – side aerial to stuck full.

Schoenherr – FX – UF – double pike, good control, chest up – split leap full to wolf full, good height and clear landing positions – 1.5 to layout, solid.

Lehrmann – BB – OU – bhs loso to korbut attempt, off line and couldn’t get the korbut – fall.

Desch – BB – Bama – aerial to beat jump, nice bhs loso series, secure, some feet – switch to split – 1.5 dismount, holds the stick

Huge full on vault from CLB, pretty large bounce back –

Hundley – FX – UF – whip to double tuck, secure landing – double pike, same, always secure, even not the largest –

Webb – BB – OU – bhs loso series, hit – aerial, also smoothly done – switch to split leap, pretty solid today – side aerial to full, stuck. Nice one.

Strong full from Morgan Wilson, just a small hop, nice height

Olsen – BB – Bama – bhs loso series, quick and solid – switch to double stag, hit – aerial, solid – still some rhythm pausing problems – double pike dismount, just a bit short with a hop. One of her more secure beam showings.

Nichols – BB – OU – aerial with a balance check, weird to see from her on beam – bhs loso series, strong – switch through to split leap, nice positions – 1.5 dismount, stuck. The second 1/2 was excellent. That can’t have started from a 10 right?

Yeah, 9.700 there for Nichols, which will count.

Really pleased by GW on beam. Kelly’s like WHAT IS THIS HIPSTER TEAM.

Reed excellent on floor for Florida. Nailed that DLO.

Armbrecht fall on beam

Boren – FX – UF – DLO, super high as always, a bit of a slide – 1.5 to layout, great and high – double tuck, excellent, good finishing position, really just the slide on the DLO separating it from her normal. 9.975.

CAROL! Stop it!

Gaskins – BB – Bama – bhs loso series and she falls. Alabama counting a fall now. Well, this won’t be the 197 meet. America jump is good. Switch and split, strong – no trouble on side aerial, sticks gainer full

Thomas – FX – UF – exceptional DLO as always, a little bounce – front full to front layout, rise into that layout, excellent – switch ring to split 1.5, her split positions are so Trinity – double pike, great, chest up, a little bounce in place but that one I’m OK with.

9.975 Also not a 10 for me on this one..

Graber – BB – Bama – bhs to lay-pike, super solid – switch to straddle 3/4, nailed – wolf jump to beat to drop down to knees – kickover front to scale, pretty – gainer full, just a bit deep. Pretty routine.

Baumann – FX – UF – double tuck, perfect, controlled step. We’ve heard about the DLO every week, but also why? That double tuck is deduction free and it’s Florida in the anchor position so she’s going to get a 100000000000. 1.5 to front full, controlled – switch side to popa is excellent, good extension – double pike, controlled, just a little body position on landing, but minor. 9.950

Florida just got 49.725 for doing its normal on floor. Alabama 48.675 on beam.

Draper – FX – OU – 1/2 to rudi, good control – 1.5 to front full, sits it down.

LaPinta – FX – OU – 3/1, hit, a fairly large bounce out and to the side, some leg crossing – front full to layout is a little flatter – I’d take some for leap positions there – double tuck, large bounce back. This score will have to count but shouldn’t be in the 9.8s. But it gets 9.800. That is high.

Washington fighting it on beam still. Lots of checks.

Webb – FX – OU – front 2/1, good control, just a little crossover – 1.5 to front full, controlled, solid position – split leap full to split jump full, the feet – rudi, secure. 9.925

Strong full from Zois for GW, just a small landing adjustment, chest up.

Wilson – UB – ASU – hit jaeger – bail a bit short of vertical – misses final cast hs – giant full to double tuck, hop forward

Degouveia – FX – OU – front 2/1, a bit too much of a dance out but close – big staddles – a touch ragged in final pass but good hit.

9.950. OK, Fran.

Skaggs – BB – UF – wolf double, controlled, a bit slow but I’ll take it – switch to split is lovely – loso series, strong – cat leap to side aerial, bounce

Desch – FX – Alabama – double pike, a little deep but only just a little –

ANNA WARHOL of GW just did a round off OVER the vault table and didn’t touch it.

Dowell – FX – OU – her Dowell, strong, good nailed landing – 1.5 to layout, perfect, stuck – front layout to front full to stag. All three passes were ideal.

9.975 and not even mad about it.

Hundley splits the beam for Florida. BUT IS IT A FALL???? (Yes.) Weird to see that from her.

Mahoney – FX – Bama -double tuck, a bit of a hop – finishes double pike, very secure

Trautman – FX – OU – DLO, good control – front lay to front full, great height – split leap full to popa, excellent – double tuck, nailed it. Strong routine as well.

And they give her a 10. OH LOOK AT THAT THE PERFECT 10 CHALLENGE ENDS WITH A 10.

Boren – BB – UF – large break on her series, bend at the hips to save it – straddle, good – standing loso hit – hit gainer full

Oklahoma finishes 198.075. Washington is going to break 196.

Olsen – FX – Bama – YIKES, hands down on double double first pass.

Thomas – BB – UF – switch 1/2 to beat jump, excellent – one-arm bhs to loso, super solid – aerial, doesn’t connect out – 2/1, hop back. Pretty as always. So often, her only deductions are bouncy landings.

Gaskins – FX – Bama – nice DLO shape, slide back – front tuck through to double tuck, small hop back there as well – good chest position – double pike, another little hop.

9.875. Gets boos despite being high because college gym.

Baumann – BB – UF – bhs loso series, balance check – switch to switch 1/2, gorgeous – side aerial, crisp – 1.5, stuck landing. Great except for that first check. 9.875

Graber – FX – Bama – strong full-in, good landing control, just some chest position – switch side through to wolf jump 1.5 – front lay to front full, a little flat and a little bounce – double pike, nailed it. 9.950.

Everything is either a fall or a 9.950

Clapper – BB – UF – Gowey just resting – bhs loso loso, small arm wave, a bit of leg form in the series – switch to split, good – side aerial to full, stuck. Solid one. 9.875

197.325 final for Florida despite being kind of bad on a couple events today?

Guerra – FX – Bama – solid enough DLO, controlled landing, some chest position – switch side to popa, both high – 1.5 to layout, good – double pike, large stumble back with a couple lunges.

That’s still going to get Alabama into the 196s, but it won’t be a big score after that beam rotation.

FINAL: Florida 197.325, Alabama 196.475

Carol had a fun night for herself, didn’t she?
