  1. I guess I don’t understand what a “controlled lunge” really is. Didn’t Derrian’s front foot lose contact with the floor on the landing of her first pass? It looked like she also adjusted both feet on her second pass and then had a jerky landings on her last pass. None of her landings looked fully controlled.

    Nothing to take on form, but I’d have a least 0.1 total on landings across the 3 passes. It looked like a very good 9.9 routine but nothing higher. What am I missing?

    1. I just wrote the post above. Following up on that, why didn’t Lynnzee Brown get a 10 on floor? Landings, leaps, and form in the air looked perfect to me. I don’t get this sport.
