While the double Arabian is a popular and difficult composition choice, the single Arabian salto is just not rated highly enough to make its way into any modern routines.
It did, however, feature in the 1992 compulsory routine as seen above, and I actually think it would be cool to see it used in current routines with step-out exactly like that as the first element in an indirect combination pass for 0.1 CV that also fulfills the front tumbling requirement.
