The back extension roll is an old-timers’ favorite, which you can tell by the fact that it got upgraded from B (0.2) to C (0.3) in 2022 for no actual discernible reason other than “awww, back extension roll.” Even in the 1979 code of points, this element was not considered difficult enough to warrant a C value, but by 2022, it had definitely become difficult enough. But we’re not complaining.
Sadly, this transparent attempt to encourage more people to do back extension rolls in beam routines has not yet paid off.
