About
Back handsprings with stepout and without stepout are viewed as different skills in the code of points and may both be repeated once in an exercise while still receiving connection bonus.

Some routines will therefore end up featuring four back handsprings (two with a stepout landing and two with a two-footed landing) in order to maximize that juicy, juicy connection bonus. Performing the back handspring to one arm rather than two, however, is not considered a separate skill.

The name flic-flac comes from French and is imitative. Because first you flic…and then you flac? The term flip-flop is a bastardization by trash chicken nugget Americans.
