One of only three beam dismounts rated at G or higher (the Patterson and the double-twisting double tuck being the others), the full-twisting double back is a nearly impossible prospect for all but the most talented tumblers.
As a result, it has remained nearly as exclusive today as it was during its evolution decades ago. It’s still the case that almost no one wants to do it, even though the built-in 0.2 combination bonus for doing a round-off or back handspring into it (as you’d have to) makes it so crazy valuable. It’s the second most difficult dismount on beam for a reason.
