While the illusion on beam holds some appeal because of its D value, the B-rated illusion on floor is not able to say the same. It’s mostly just used by Eythora Thorsdottir to take advantage of an opportunity for turn connections.

The illusion is almost never performed by itself on floor and is rather discouraged, as made evident by the elimination of the double illusion turn (Hopfner-Hibbs) in the 2017 edition of the code for no reason whatsoever.
