Nellie Kim did go back and give herself this skill in 2007, because of course she did. This is perhaps one of the more legitimate Nelliefications in the code of points in that she did successfully complete this skill and I believe was the first person to do so at the 1976 Olympics, but you know. She still went back and named it after herself, and was sure to retain this skill in its own box, when many other gainer dismounts were revised so that they could only go to the side of the beam and not the end.
So it’s still Full Nellie.
