The valuation of this vault is rather unusual in that it is worth 0.8 more than the simple 1/2-on repulsion off the table. This is an uncharacteristically large increase for adding an extra 1/2 twist to a skill, especially in an era where the WTC is actively trying to impose a regular interval of 0.4 per additional half twist. This inconsistency should tell you everything you need to know about how no one has dusted off this vault in decades.
This was the compulsory vault at the 1980 Olympics.
