The forgotten step-child of the Jaeger family that has to live in the attic and make moaning noises, the tucked Jaeger is almost never seen in gymnastics these days, primarily owing to its C value. Why learn the tucked Jaeger when the straddled version is not objectively more difficult (and many would consider it easier) and it receives a D value? Element values have rendered this skill pointless, but it’s much cooler than the straddled Jaeger.
The tucked Jaeger probably should be a D along with the straddle version.
For some reason, this skill is given by name to Mo Huilan in the code of points right now, even though, like…no.
