Because I know you look at this vault and think, “Yes, that is exactly as difficult as a Yurchenko layout full. They should be the same value. Nailed it again, code of points.” The Yurchenko full-on tucked vaults are deeply discouraged by the valuation in the code, made evident by the fact that this vault is worth only 0.2 more than the version with 1/2 twist, even though turning a 1/2 twist vault into a full twist is supposed to be worth an addition of 0.4—as it is when the regular Yurchenko tuck 1/2 becomes a Yurchenko tuck full.
