In terms of naming, you will mostly still hear this style of vault referred to as Yurchenko full-ons, though the requirement of a full twist onto the vault is a leftover from the vaulting horse day. Now, a “full-on” vault simply requires 3/4 or more of twisting onto the vault to count—much like the Tsukahara requires at least a 1/4 twist. You can see this push and pull in the code image itself, where the verbal description and degrees indicate a 3/4 turn, but the image itself depicts a “gymnast” doing a full turn.
The full-on vaults are very rare in elite—because of being, you know, complicated—and because it’s quite difficult to get the typically expected Yurchenko-level post-flight on a vault with a full twist in pre-flight. The scores of the full-on vaults also took a big hit in the 2017 vault devaluing, making them even less worth learning. We do, however, see them with some regularity in NCAA gymnastics because of their 10.0 start value, which makes them more valuable than a Yurchenko layout full, whereas in elite they are quite a bit less valuable.
The full-on was a pretty swift follower to the introduction of the regular Yurchenko, with Luconi coming along with her full-ons only three years later.
