Stalder Front Tuck Full (Petz)

Uneven Bars

Skill type

Known as
Stalder tuck full dismount

Named after
Emelie Petz (GER)

The newest bars element to be entered into the code of points is the Petz dismount, performed exquisitely by Emelie Petz at the 2019 world championships. It’s a full-twisting edition of the 1/2-twisting Alt dismount, which her teammate Tabea Alt developed in 2017. So presumably that means another German will need to get the 1.5 named after herself at the 2021 world championships.

While the toe-on and clear-hip versions of these dismounts were quite popular in the olden days and fell out of fashion for a while before a Canadian rebirth, the Stalder versions did not exist in any fashion and are therefore open to be named after modern gymnasts.
