Previously sharing a description with all the other sideward rolls with hand support, this element got its own individual box in the 2025 code update. And we’re all so proud of it.
The primarily point of this element is to be a way to fulfill the torso-touch requirement that isn’t just lying prostrate and reaching forward like a cat who just can’t quite be bothered enough to try. It’s a whole element, and it can even look kind of fun.
