Yes, this is a real vault that exists and has been performed by a person in real life. That person is Nikolina Tankoucheva of Bulgaria, and the meet in question is qualification at the 2002 world championships. Although you would not know that from the code of points, where her name is absent.
This vault actually has quite a competitive D score of 5.0, the same as the DTY, so someone who was good at performing it could theoretically put up some internationally competitive scores, but it’s so challenging (and you know it would get destroyed in the E score), that learning an equally valued DTY has to make more sense.
