The description of this element changed in 2025. The code previously required the free leg to be held above horizontal for the duration of the turn, but this was altered to require the leg be held merely at horizontal. The change was a reaction to the happenings on floor, extended to this beam element as well because its the same, but with little effect here because no one was doing it on beam in the first place.
