The straight jump full has long seemed to be mostly pointless on floor, a B value skill that doesn’t really fit anywhere, though Ellie Black did perform a straight jump full revolution in her 2019 world championships floor routine by using it as the first element in her passage of dance, showing that it is possible to use this element as an alternative to the switch leap for those who aren’t looking to get any counting value out of that first passage element.
