I have something to say about the Podkopayeva, so everybody just shut up.

This element is criminally undervalued at F (0.6), which is a shame, a disgrace, an injustice, and the same as murder. And it’s why exactly zero percent of gymnasts perform it compared to the more manageable and equally valued double layout. What’s more, it was an E until 2013. An E. Get out of here with that.

For the purpose of categorization, this element is the Podkopayeva II, named at the 1995 World Championship in Sabae, because Podkopayeva already got the regular double front named after herself in 1993. But in regular parlance, Podkopayeva typically refers to this element rather than the double front.
