The double-twisting double layout is the hardest dismount that actually kind of exists on uneven bars, as one of only two that are awarded G value (along with the triple back). It was named after Elise Ray when she performed it at the 2000 Olympics and was famously performed by Shawn Johnson as well, but…the list runs out pretty quickly.

It’s kind of hard.

This is the third and final bars skill to be named after Elise Ray—the other two were done at 1999 worlds—so it is known as the Ray III for differentiation purposes.
