The most difficult skill that exists on the beam, the back layout with a full twist is so risky and difficult to perform—let alone perform without major landing deductions—that it is typically left exclusively to the rarest of heartbreaking gems who come along only a few times in a generation. In most cases, this element is probably not a great idea.
