Like the handspring front tuck 1/2, the handspring front tuck full is mostly used as a second vault by some of the World Challenge Cup vault specialists, though its usefulness in that regard took a hit in the 2022 code update, when it was brought down to the same value as the Yurchenko layout full. Which is fairly preposterous in terms of the actual difficulty of the vault.
