Ah, the old front tuck to high bar (he says like anyone has done this mount in the last thousand years). At a C, at least this mount begins to be worth the trouble, but only just barely. The risk, coupled with the difficulty of performing a skill out of it, makes this mount unrealistic. Though you could definitely justify bumping it up to a D to see if anyone would do it.
