Note that this vault begins like a Tsukahara-family vault would, but it is not officially classified with the Tsukaharas because it does not feature a salto in post-flight, which is also part of the requirement to get into the Tsukahara family in Group 3. Instead, with this vault you just kind of flop off the table.

This vault was added back to the code of points in 2013 (it did not appear in the 2009-2012 code) which should tell you all you need to know about its frequency.
