About
The skill that broke of code of points, the triple double tucked entered the table of elements when Simone Biles landed it at the 2019 World Championship in Stuttgart. It is known as the Biles II since it is the second eponymous floor exercise skill for Biles, after the double layout 1/2.

It is the only skill in women’s gymnastics given a J rating, meaning it alone is worth a full point in difficulty.

For those wishing to decipher gymnastics shorthand from the code of points, the two loops going horizontally indicate that this skill has two flips, and the three loops going vertically indicate that it has three twists.
