About
A skill of the riskiest level, the full-twisting back tuck is typically performed by only the shortest and most powerful daredevils on the beam.

At the 2008 Olympics, we learned from NBC that it is definitely impossible to perform without your head touching your toenails when landing it (except…), so that shouldn’t be a deduction. And neither should missing split elements. OK.

Nowadays, this element is almost always performed from standing, but when it originated, it was typically only used in series (the way the layout 1/1 is thought of now). The standing back full came along years later.
