Dismount

Double front
Front double tuck
About
The double front probably reigns as the leader of the second tier of bars dismounts. It’s not nearly as common as the FTDT or double layout but is the next most likely dismount you’re going to see on bars and has an equivalent D value. It is considered riskier than either of those more frequently used dismounts both because of the tendency for an extreme cowboy position that—even though the judges might not be able to see it from their position—can cause dislocated leg or life-quitting, and because of the comparative difficulty to stick.
