One of the, if not the, most loathed skills performed on the balance beam, the sheep jump should only be performed under the following circumstances: never. The only exception to this comes if you are Chinese and your muscles happen to be made of little soups. In American gymnastics contexts, sheep jumps tend to look more like this.
Because of hideousness, the sheep jump has been put out of its misery beginning in 2017 with the downgrade to a nearly unusable C value. Good work.
