The front tuck is your basic beam dismount. Jump off, do a flippy, and then you’re done. To emphasize that this is the bottom tier, it has been lumped together with the front pike and both elements with a half turn, just to say, “We have to put these in the code to have a starting point, but they’re all easier than a back handspring, so that’s that.”

Except for the lowest-level routines, this kind of dismount hasn’t been seen since compulsory beam.
