Never to be overshadowed in the fake-o mount department, the squat through could be the most common and fake of them them. Never underestimate just what a boring way of getting on the beam with no effort exerted or risk this is. The squat through in particular is the kind of mount you basically just pretend never happened while waiting for the actual routine to start.
Now, that’s not to say these mounts carry no risk. I say that because people have fallen on them before, and it’s great every time.
