The code of points is increasingly not so interested in differentiating when a twist takes place in a skill, as long as the takeoff direction and landing direction are the same, so it’s somewhat predictable-yet-kind-of-infuriating that the tucked Barani exists as a skill but there’s no entry for a 1/2 twist to back tuck (which has been performed before). Yet conversely, there is an entry for this element, the 1/2 twist to back tuck, but no entry for the piked Barani—which would be a front pike salto with a 1/2 twist rather than a 1/2 twist into a back pike salto. Presumably the WTC is just like, “[long drag on cigarette] Scram punk, it’s the same.”
