The naming conventions around this skill are exactly as bonkers as you would expect. It is named after Anastasia Kolesnikova in the code of points after she performed it at the 2000 Olympics and it famously went ree-ough in the team final for the third-best score in Russia’s lineup. Oh, 2000.

The code of points, however, also attributes this same skill to Dina Kochetkova, who competed before Anastasia Kolesnikova. So if she did it, it should be the Kochetkova. But…did she, though?
