You’ll only rarely hear this skill referred to as a front tuck on beam, with punch front being the far more common terminology, though it’s worth noting that not every front tuck performed on beam is a punch front. You have to punch to get that distinction, so the occasional standing front tuck that you will see can’t be called a punch front.

Ideally, it’s landed not in a diarrhea-in-a-wedding-dress-in-the-middle-of-the-street squat. This happens 50% of the time.
