Change-leg ring leap
That thing where you switch the rings right before a wedding
The switch ring is among the most ubiquitous of the floor dance elements, appearing in routines more often than not (particularly in the United States). The heavy majority of gymnasts will end up counting at least one C dance element on floor, and this is usually the choice. It often appears as the first dance element in the passage of dance since it’s relatively easy to run directly out of, much easier than any leap involving twisting.
