The wolf jump and the wolf hop are two separate elements, both depicted above, and both kind of pointless on floor. The wolf jump could be used to connect out of tumbling elements for bonus, but everyone would rather use a tag, and the wolf hop could be used as the first element in a passage of dance, but everyone would rather use the split leap or even something count-worthy like the switch ring.

As such, wolf jumps are just…a couple. Sometimes. Mostly, the wolf jump just sits in a corner bemoaning the fact that the wolf turn has given it such a bad name.
