Jump to high bar

This is the second most common bars mount in modern elite gymnastics after the glide kip because it, too, is nothing. You’re just jumping and grabbing the bar. Literally everyone can do this. Except Shayla. (You know I couldn’t resist.) But at least she did teach us that there might actually be some risk to this mount, so it may be less hated than the glide kip.
