One potentially valuable bars skill that hasn’t yet caught on in the slightest is the forward piked-Stalder. Because of the added tenth of valuable compared to any other circle type, the backward piked-Stalder is a favorite of those really trying to rack up the D-score, but the forward version has been a step too far.

A theory: most people performing the piked-Stalder right now do a fake-o version where they just do a toe-on but intentionally miss their feet instead of showing a true piked-Stalder position, which would be more of a recipe for disaster if you were doing it forward.
