Transition (low to high)
Seat circle forward to high bar
The seat circle transitions are kind of cool skills and, rated at C, not completely worthless or unnecessary. I’m not saying the top bars workers would use them, but most bars workers around the world are going to be counting some Cs.
The problem is more that they don’t really fit into the kip-cast-handstand-skill-skill-kip-cast-handstand context of modern bars routines. This transition to high bar in particular is very much an old time skill, when you could be on the low bar, reach up, and grab the high bar, without needing to generate much momentum the way one needs to when trying to get to the high bar these days.
