About
Kelly Garrison first performed the free shoulder roll at a naming-eligible competition in the team optionals at the 1985 World Championship in Montreal, and it existed in the code of points as the Garrison until 2017, when her name was removed for unclear reasons.

While the naming of the Garrison mount was long controversial because it was described as a layout (until 2022) even though she definitely performed it tucked, there did not seem to be the same such controversy over this element.

The skill must be performed hands free in order to receive C (0.3) credit, otherwise it is a B.
