Side split full to front support
The Shushunova full did have its time in the sun back when people were willing to have their arms touch the ground like a ground person. Now…can you even imagine?
At just a B value, however, there’s not really a point to doing the Shushunova full in a routine these days. It doesn’t quite fit compositionally, and definitely not for value. Personally, I find Shushunova skills kind of jerky and unappealing, so I’m not weeping into a handkerchief about it.
