About
Before Dora Vulcan submitted the split ring jump 1/2 for naming at the 2016 Rio Test Event, neither this element nor its non-twisting split ring jump sister appeared in the code of points. The addition of the regular split ring jump to go along with the Vulcan was done in the 2017 code update for the sake of completionism, though the non-twisting version was not actually submitted or done by anyone at that point.

The name Vulcan does not appear alongside the skill description in the code of points because it is only a B and the new standards require an element to be at least C for naming. But she does still appear in the named skill list and this element is still the Vulcan. Which is important because her name is Vulcan, and that is very cool.
