Double Arabian Tucked (Floor Exercise)

Floor exercise

Skill type

Known as
Double Arabian
Double Arabian tucked
Arabian double tuck

Named after
…the Middle East

In spite of having a backward takeoff, the double Arabian counts as a forward tumbling element because the direction of the flipping is forward, making it a more sought-after element during codes of points in which a forward tumbling pass is required. Like its cousin the double front, the double arabian is difficult to perform without cowboying and therefore difficult to make look good, though all the more satisfying when it does.

Arabian should always be capitalized when referring to this type of skill because it is a place name.
