The 2022 rule change to allow the turn requirement to be fulfilled by a roll element or a turn element did not, sadly, lead to a run on the bank for forward rolls. We’ll occasionally see them used as mounts now, but not so much on the beam, where the requirement for a hands-free roll adds just enough risk to be a deterrent.

Also in 2022, this skill box was expanded to add back the with-hands variation on a Garrison, the forward shoulder roll that has to be performed hands-free to receive C (0.3) credit.
